This review is premature, because I put the app in less than 24 hours ago, However, I'm so blown away by the functionality and ease of use that I just HAD to post an initial review. I was a bit concerned at the price at $19.99 per month, but by installing this app, I was able to delete two others (so far) so the net cost to me is $5 per month. I was very concerned about the incompatibility with Consistent Cart, but a friend of mine assured me that it's 'mostly' compatible so I went ahead - so far no problems. Will post again in a few weeks, but for now, VERY HAPPY!!!

Absolutely fantastic customer service and product. We had a bug from a previous app on our website and Ultimate Special Offers went in and fixed everything for us free of charge. I personally don't think you will find a better product on shopify. A+ so far.

4 things that I like the most about Special Offers over other discount apps I've used/tried: 1. Works without any liquid edits, unless you want to customize it than can make changes. 2. Makes complex discounts easy; can even "stack" discounts in order. 3. Great customer support: couldn't figure out how to make something work, emailed support and they got me a quick answer (if you give them access as a user to your account before asking the question, they will even go in to your store and find out what you messed up). 4. Pricing: Good value.

A great app and whenever I have used support I have gotten polite, concise and clear feedback from the developer. Have been using this app for around 6 months now and it works perfectly as a buy x get y app. There are a lot of options within the app to get the specific deal that you are after and if I have been unsure I have simply sent support and email and responses were received very promptly offering very polite advice. Very much recommended.

These guys literally were helping me at 4:00am to correct a couple self inflicted issues. This app rocks. 2 days in and my AOV is already up 15%. Thanks guys!!!

Great app. We've used USO on several of our brands and have found this to be the most versatile offers-based application. Very helpful and responsive customer support. First app we came across that does not require duplicating products as well.

I have been using Ultimate Special Offers for about 3 months now. Previously I had another app that duplicated inventory and showed the wrong prices on social media, this one is the bomb! Easy to use and setup. Also support are very responsive and quick to resolve any issues or questions.

Best discount+ App in Shopify! It does everything every other discount app does, only better and all in 1 instead of getting 3 different apps, you can just get this one to do the same.

We upgraded to this App after using the older version (Buy X, get X). There's no coding needed anymore which made it a simple set-up AND the support we did get from the Supple team was excellent. The App itself works perfectly, exactly as described and gives a number of powerful options for promoting offers on our site. Very pleased.

Amazing support that's quick and responsive to always help me resolve any issues. Using this app on all of my stores and it's by far the best BOGO app available right now.

Update 07/21/2017: The app developer has released a new update to solve my issues with referral & tracking discount codes. So I updated my star rating from 3 to 5. Thank you for this amazing app that really works and stellar customer support! I was happy to read that the customers can use coupon code after they accepted the special offers but the biggest drawback is # of uses of the coupon code is not counted properly and code didn't show up on the order details (because they use draft orders, the discount appears as "custom discount" which is all the total discount during checkout). They should update the known limitations to include these issues when customers accepted the special offers and used coupon code: - You won't be able to track referrals from coupon codes. - When customers use coupon code from their rewards program that is supposed to be a single use coupon code, they'll be able to use it again and again because # of uses is not properly counted in the Shopify admin. - Finally, you won't be able to track sales from your coupon codes if you use different codes for your social media marketing or if you want to do split testing. They should update the conflicting apps to include those loyalty apps that use coupon codes as rewards. Referral apps that use tracking codes. If you don't need to track referrals or don't need to track sales from your coupon codes then this app would be your best friend. It works as intended to increase AOV (Average Order Value), that's why I gave 3 stars and not 1 star. All these 1-star reviews, don't really read that this app conflicts with other upsell apps. They need to remove previous upsell app that they've installed prior to installing this app.

Excellent app - we upgraded from their previous Buy X Get 1 app and are thrilled. Love that we can add links in our customer emails for exclusive VIP offers for our customers. Customer service is quick and efficient, no matter what timezone you're in. Keep up the great work!

Apologies to the SuppleApps team for a long overdue review of this excellent and well thought-out app. This app is very well designed and cater for most scenarios of discounts, bundles, Cross/Up-Sell that most ecommerce store would offers. The UI is a bit clanky but works well. As for enhancement, I can only wish for way to allow store chose different styles of notification. Also special mention to the excellent support from Marius who has always attend to the issues very promptly but also demonstrate an intimate knowledge of the app. Highly recommended!!!

We've been using SuppleApps for a few years now and it's been a really good experience so far, great customer service, helpfull people, willing to work with you to make sure their apps meet your needs. Recently we've upgrade from BuyXGetY app to the new and improved Ultimate Special Offers and it is such a great update! The app offers flexibility and lots of new features, you can really build an up-sell strategy on this.
