Although I might need to message them for follow-up sometimes, I understand they might be busy. Overall, for a Free app at the start, it's a very good app. Can't wait to see the AOV raise after launch.

This app is great. I wanted my customers to be able to be presented with upsell add-ons prior to the cart page. It does exactly what I need and Sarah from support was always on hand to help and even assist with additional CSS code to really customize it for my store's needs. Excellent

I have tried this Upsell Funnel Engine for a day was having an issue regarding the funnel creation. But with great support from their representative and support team it almost easiest thing to funnel for your products in your online store. Well, I am still setting up this app which is very easy to set up. it is easy to manage and control and really you can do everything by just following the app instruction which is too simple. customer service is another story, they are very helpful, and no matter what time you contact them, they will respond before completing your issue and will guide you or do it for you in less than a minute. I highly recommend it to everyone who wants to increase sales. It deserves every penny you invest in it.
