We've only had the app for about 24 hours, but so far so good. Excellent support & it works for converting currency via Shopify Advanced!

I am just wrapping up my trial of this app and will for sure become a customer. While I don't fully grasp everything the app will do just yet, I do have every confidence in the support for the product. Using the chat feature I was able to get multiple questions answered as I worked away on setting up the app. This is one of the few companies I have dealt with (in any sector) where I get the feeling that my business, as small as it is actually matters. For that reason and many others I will continue to work with this company to grow my business. Hands down the best support I have had anywhere.

this App working great with my theme! I am using Debutify and they are a built-to-Paid Theme that usually does not work very well with a lot of Apps!! I wanna thank their customer support, Sarah, for always being nice and patient, assisted me in resolving lots of issues. They have a dedicated team and made great apps, please support them!

Great platform. My site looks 100% better with it and probably it will increase %CR. I have to admit that it's customer support is on whole other level. Never waited for response more than 20 minutes. 1 thing that i would change is discounts code availability, but they will publish it in few months.

I just started using UFE, but I can already tell this is going to be a great decision! Their app has loads of customization that simple folks can do. It is also very visually appealing! This app does exactly what I wanted it to do. It looks beautiful and works perfectly. I had a couple of issues that were kind of deal breakers for me - I used the chat feature and someone helped me figure out this issues within just a few hours. Excellent service and app - will use for all of my stores!

I have tried many apps like this, but this seems to be built with more thought than the others and hence works the way you'd want it to rather than some backward way some other apps are built. On top of that the service from Sarah was perfect. Fast, effective and polite. Could not recommend more

We've had some initial trouble when setting up, but support has really been responsive - great job. At the time, we are seeing a 0.5-2% conversion on the upsell module. Looking forward to the coming weeks.

I've been using this app for a few months and it's packed with customisable features, the product is clearly improving all the time. I had to contact customer support to sort out a custom feature. I didn't know what to expect but Sarah was very helpful and knew exactly what I was trying to achieve and sent me over some CSS code. I should have asked sooner as I spent to long trying to figure it out myself. Thanks team! highly recommended and great product.

I use this app on my product pages, cart pages, and thank you pages. It works beautifully! Customer support always helps you with everything, although their time different is different than mine so sometimes I have to wait a little. But overall, definitely worth 5 stars.
