I just added TYDAL to my store and it was very easy to set up! Very intuitive and I'm sure it will be super helpful for my customers as well. I really like the option of customizing the review request email as well as the colors! I had to contact support and had a great experience with the support staff, Adrian. Very friendly, helpful and quick responses. Definitely recommend the app.

I just downloaded the app and need some time to explore all its features, but it looks like a very intuitive and useful tool. For a free app, it offers a lot of functions that you'd normally have to pay for in others. Sam from the support team was really helpful, quickly answering my questions and resolving any doubts I had.

the application is great, contact with the service is at the highest level, Mrs. Jamie helped me solve my problems in a flash. I recommend!

Im still just setting up this app on my site but so far the UX has been great. Very easy to use and completely free, including advanced features you usually have to pay for like watermark removal, priority email access, customization etc. I just had to chat with Jamie to verify my store, she was super quick and polite, and unlocked all the features in a few minutes. Thanks alot!
