As I was figuring out the app, I ran into a few issues that needed extra support. I can to say I had one of the best customer service via chat. These days, I feel like most of the chats are all AI driven, but this was definitely a real person. Abbie was amazing and did even more than what I needed and so nice. So far, I would recommend the app for a easy and friendly product review app.

Aside from the reasonable pricing and amazing features Rivo offers, its customer service is unmatched! Support is quick in response and goes above and beyond in not only ensuring your questions and issues are answered, but providing further suggestions and sources to help improve your app. 11/10, highly reccomended.

I only gave it 4 stars, due to only being on the app so far for 5 minutes, so I'm unable to really judge on how the app is at the moment. I can say; I don't have any negative thoughts. So far. Mica was really good in assisting me via chat however.

I have to give credit to the creators of this wonderful app, Their support team was super helpful and they responded within minutes. Not only that but the app is really well built, it gave clear instructions of what to do and where to go. It was also very easy to navigate through and it really brings life to your website. I highly recommend this app to old and new drop shippers.

Just an Awesome. I downloaded the app for the sake of reviews. First i thought it will help only in comment but this app helped me not only in comments but also give me access to unlimited emails in free plan. now i belied that my store will grow in better ways.
