Customer support in itself makes this app worth a 5-star! Every time I am struggling to figure something out they have a customer service rep quickly respond to my inquiry. Everyone has been super helpful, especially Arianne who helped me to finally figure out how to import reviews after my many failed attempts. The app is easy to navigate and customize and even has a ton of benefits just on the free account, though upgrading is definitely worth it too!

The interface is user-friendly and free, which is great for beginners. The staff is really nice and helpful too.

i would tell everyone to use this app...its great ...but most of all the customer service is on point ,thx paul ...like i said great app... but when you have the two things i mentioned ,your'e #1 RIVO A1 SERVICE

jel was very helpfull she managed to help me with the exel sheet to import the reviews and managed to help me do it properly and now its working great.. i am very happy with their servcies. thanks once again jel

Customer support was amazing and so quick. Had an issue with importing reviews, was given clear instructions and troubleshooting options to make it work, and was successful. Arianne was amazing help and so fast to reply. 10/10!

Excellent features as well as customer service

I don't how these folks get so many positive reviews. I've had to contact them so many times about review request emails not being sent, among other problems. They respond politely but take days to "investigate" the problem. Plus, I receive no emails letting me know that I've received a new review. I recently discovered I had bad review left on my website and I had no idea, so I couldn't respond. Terrible app.

I enjoyed using the app. Jel was very helpful. She even gave tips to better my website. She is definitely a great asset to the company!
