I have had issues with this app since it was set up. Now the reviews are not uploading on my website. The issues was escalated and was supposedly fixed, but after reviewing my website I have still having the same issue. I tried chatting with support over 4 hours ago but still no reply

The functionality of the app is not flawless, but Sam with customer service was so quick and helpful! I heard from her very quickly and she made some suggestions to try. Right now the app is working just fine, but I will know what to do if something comes up again.

I have been using this app since October. The app has not been able to email requests for a review to any customers. Customer service acknowledged the issue and said the development team was addressing it. Unfortunately, there was never a resolution to the issue, and they suggested I try a different app. Did anyone else have issues with the review request feature automatically emailing review requests once an order was delivered?

Had recently installed this app.Had a question and contact the sales team of Tydal. Sam , one of the team members responded quickly and helped me sort out my problem.Although I am still on the free plan an new their response was excellent. I am just installing the app, and contacted support to remove the branding. Jamie answered in less than a minute, removed the branding and even gave me a follow on IG, and offered a suggestion to my online store to help my page stand out a bit more! Thanks Jamie!

Jamie was amazing! They have really great customer service. I definitely recommend for anybody needing to add reviews to their services.

DO NOT USE THIS APP! SCAMMERS! They don't have any tech or any support, there running a fraudulent company. They're app doesn't work, load or preform anything close to satisfactory. They're customer support team is of no help forwarding problem to the next team and then the next 48 hours passed and they still dont have any answer. ALL THEY WANT is access to your shopify account. I was on a deadline and still tried to cooperate with them. PATHETIC experience.
