Excellent service from Sam this evening. I downloaded an app for reviews from another provider and could not get it to work, so I uninstalled it. I downloaded Tydal, and straight away, Sam was there on chat asking if I needed any help. I struggle with the background stuff so this was perfect assistance for me.
