Great service and great app! It installed easily and just worked great right away. I contacted customer service and was helped quickly.

So far so good, just started using this app. I will come back for another review once I familiarize myself with it.

So happy I found the RiVO apps. I installed RIVO reviews in addition to the pop up app. They are great, professional ways to allow customers sign in to emails, and provide reviews to products. My online store looks now ready to go! Yippee!

My review is for Betty, the agent who helped me. She was fantastic! Friendly, warm, and engaging. I never felt rushed while she guided me through several issues. One issue could not be resolved, but that was no fault of her at all. It was just a minor limitation with my chosen them. If all the customer service reps are like her, then I will be referring everyone to Rivo. And if they are not like her, I suggest she gives some training classes. :) Thank you so much, Betty!

I'm just in the process of setting up the app but I have to say the customer Sevice is excellent

The service team is awesome, quick to respond and very helpful. I dealt with Lance and was only a pleasure. The app is also easy to use, integrates well and does what it says

I was looking for a solution that didn't cost me an arm and a leg since my shop is new. Rivo Product Review is perfect. Not because it's free (at the moment) but because it has just the right features -- Star rating, Reviews, email reminders to collect reviews, customer pic/vid uploads, and more. I don't need an app to make me a drink, just one that won't make me drink more than I should. Plus it's super easy to set up. I did need help from Support due to my particular theme, and they were AWESOME. They had my issue fixed within hours. I highly recommend you give this app a try if you too need a Product Review app.
