This is adding value to my shop besides Pete has been very helpful to explain how it works so I highly recommend this application to everyone.

I recently had an excellent experience with the customer service team at Rivo . They were very helpful, friendly, and professional in addressing my questions and concerns. The customer service representative I spoke with was knowledgeable and able to provide me with clear and concise answers to all of my questions. They were also very patient and understanding, and they took the time to make sure I was satisfied with their response. In addition, the customer service team was able to resolve my issue quickly and efficiently. They provided me with a solution that exceeded my expectations, and I was very impressed with the level of service and support they provided. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with the customer service I received from Rivo. I would highly recommend their services to anyone looking for high-quality and professional customer support.

I was looking at various options for product reviews and I came across rivo which not only happens to be exclusively free but also with great customer support and a super creative way to monetise something that is essential in any store 2023 onwards. Thank you Rivo. We need more businesses like you.

The app appears super easy to use and user friendly but when you actually start using it, all that expectation fails to deliver. It is very buggy(or at least it felt to me), and as soon as you enable it, it adds the star rating widget and the write a review widget but you can't move them as they don't show up as editable blocks in your store editor. Which just makes me think how it is not actually compliant with 2.0 themes. When you add them manually as new widgets, the forced ones are now gone and the new ones that you added are blank blocks that display nothing. Also this app somehow prompted our previous Shopify Reviews App(which we had long since removed) to display its own ratings on the collections page. Now we have 1 set of ratings on the collections page and another completely different one on the product page. Nothing was going right with this. We are not Shopify Store experts but we have not had this much trouble setting up an app in the past. I appreciate their team trying to help us and promptly responding even though we hadn't paid a dime for the app, but it just wasn't for us. It didn't appear as good looking as the screenshots showed too. Looked more like the default reviews app up until we had tested.

Therese was very helpful and was very fast to help with all my questions I love the app so far, Rivo has such an amazing ecosystem, I'm a user of all three apps that Rivo made and I really hope they make more in the future to accommodate more needs (like an email newsletter, upsells etc). and the best is that for new shop owners like myself it's completely free

Just installed app today, but so far I am liking it! The user interface seems simpler and easier to learn/use than some others I've tried, but still has all the main functionality I need. Plus, I had a couple of questions that Lance answered quickly and correctly - I am pleased with my experience so far.

Lance did a very good job at answering all the questions I had about how to edit the review widgets and he also told me about the favicon which was such a good suggestion! The app should add a feature to reply back to reviews that way the brand can engage more with its customers.

I just used this app for reviews and it was seamless and really easy to use, I had a customer service worker (Mica) to help me and she went above and beyond. Telling me things that I needed to know clearly and concisely whilst also being really positive all throughout. Just from this experience I can't recommend the app enough!
