I started the chat process by requesting that my store be added to the priority emailing. Pete was the representative to respond to my request. He was quick, proficient, and polite in completing my request. My experience with Rivo has been the same every time, as this was not my first use of the support team. I had help with both the Rivo Review and Rivo Pop-up and I have no complaints.

Within 5 minutes I solved all my problems, the support is very friendly and great. The App Rivo is simple and very good. I'm satisfied!

Abbie was absolutely amazing! She was efficient, fast, and really friendly. I loved that she added her personality, to a usually boring interface, with the use of GIFS and emojis. Abbie, you're a rock star! Keep up the great work. Side Note: Someone give her a raise.
