Working with TryNow has been great – their support (we spoke to Luisa) is easy to reach and always responds with helpful information. The setup was super simple; we currently use TryNow for a renting functionality and had multiple customizations we had to do to get TryNow working exactly the way we wanted it to – the team was there with us at every step. We've been with TryNow for quite a few years now and I have seen drastic improvements overtime. They are always try to up their game and ensure clients' satisfaction is top priority. Ben, Alicia are hands on and ready to respond at any given time. Luisa have been super helpful for my Customer Service Team as well. I feel very confident with the Team and now even with Checkout Extensibility with Shopify Plus, everything went smoothly and compatible with majority of the app features. We also see the customer's satisfaction in our Dashboard which always a win. Great ROI as well. Keep up the good work guys!
