Great service! Integration with our theme was slightly more complicated, and I was assisted an had the app live on our site in short order.

Best free option for reviews, looks elegant. Lots of customizations.

I've been contacting their customer service, but no one has responded.

My experience with the App has been excellent and very easy to use. Importing from our previous trust app was also really smooth. Eventually it would be good to have an export ability, even if just to a CSV to make it easier to sort, filter and browse over all reviews in one place to monitor all feedback, rather than having to step through all reviews from most recent to oldest. Regardless, very happy.
