Shahroz was very helpful and prompt with his response. Helped me install the app I needed for reviews on my product page very fast

We signed up for the help with reviews, through TrustApp. We had to contact the help center for the setting up process. Shahroz was amazing. Not only did he answer questions we needed answers to. He fixed the issues in a hurry and even suggested other apps to help our start up process.

So far the app is awesome thanks!

Great job with pulling reviews into our store.

Whilst only using this app for less than 24hours, it has been easy to set up, integrate and style. Customer support were prompt and helpful in a few initial technical questions I had during set up. Very reasonably priced as well.

Provides many features & what we perhaps find just as important - great live support (!) They were even hands-on with joining our project as collaborator assisting us in no-time with code when we had some more detailed questions on how to adjust the widget to our page. Superb.

I thought I had everything setup correctly but the write review option just wasn't showing up. The app conveniently alerted me to this with a contact us link. The chat bot estimate for time-to-reply was about 34 mins but I was contacted within just a min or two by Sharoz. Sharoz was able to resolve my issue very quickly. I missed a line of code in a product template. He added it and sent a screenshot showing were the change was made. The issue was resolved in just a couple of minutes. Service was prompt, professional, polite, and competent. Thank you!

The TrustReviews client services was a great help in helping me transition from the old Customer Review App for my ecommerce store to their App. The person I dealt with was very patient and answered every question I had during the onboarding process. Our reviews look great! Your help and patience were very much appreciated! I highly recommend them if even just for the onboarding experience I just had.
