I love this review app. It has a clean nice layout and the developers are very quick to help you.

I changed review services due to compatibility issues on my Shopify store and am very happy with TrustReviews! I was having issues importing reviews using the CSV template so I messaged using the chat feature. Within minutes I had an email from support! Shahroz was incredibly patient & helpful! It was a very quick and easy process! I really appreciated him sending screenshots of the changes and updates. Very kind and thorough! I hope to not need help in the future but if I do, I know I'll be in good hands!

I am so impressed with this app and the brilliantly helpful team behind it. All set up and working in a couple of hours, with great support and a few tweaks by Ebrahim and Rishabh to personalise it for our particular requirements.

If there was an option to give more stars I would. The support team was amazing in helping me with some issues, they went over and above. The ease my customers can leave a review and send automatic emails is fantastic with many more useful features. Highly recommend this app.

Rishabah was so helpful. He not only told me how to add the review and star widget to my website, he also offered to do it for me. It made my life so much easier to just have him do it for me.
