I had added a few different product review apps, but I really didn’t like how they worked. I decided to try and look again and came across this app. It was super straightforward and easy to use and understand. I liked that it was free and there are no hidden cost. I was having a bit of difficulty getting it onto my store as this is all very new to me so I reached out to customer service, and I received a response almost immediately, and from there forward the service I received was absolutely unreal. Joy was a literal joy to work with. I can’t thank her enough. I highly recommend this app for many reasons, but especially the customer service. They are prompt, efficient, and super friendly. Thank you so much.

This app is truly amazing. Joyce assisted us in importing reviews and configuring themes. Without Joyce, we wouldn't have been able to use the app. Despite our limited proficiency in English, Joyce understood our intentions and responded promptly and appropriately. The fact that the service is free to use is fantastic, but above all, the support is prompt and thorough. We have found a truly wonderful app.

Seems easy to use and we are quite happy so far

The app works great, you can edit the widget, edit the reviews etc. The support team is AWESOME! I spoke to a few of them and they solved all of my problems. The only reason why I didn't continue with this app is because I couldn't import reviews from Amazon directly, but through a CSV file, which has to be according to their template, not yours. The dev. team helped me with that too, they uploaded them for me, but then again the template was an obstacle, and the reviews didn't come out as expected.

It's a great app, and allows you to easily customize the reviews on your page. The importing works flawlessly. But, by far the best thing is their customer support. They are extremely quick to reply, friendly, and make everything a lot easier. If you decide to use this app, make sure to contact them for anything at all, they're amazing.

Absolutely great. The guys at Trustify really know what their doing. Awesome to work with them. I can only recommend the App. By far the best from all the competitors. And it's FREE! :)

I had my concerns in the beginning as there were some issues, but the team around Shopify shows again, that these guys are taking care about their customers. They contacted me and made a video to show what needs to be changed and why. What more can you expect? Top platform due to top people!

After uninstalling 12 review apps I finally found the one! The support was great, they helped me customize a few things and were quick and prompt to help. I would pay for this app if it weren't free! Highly recommend - and appreciate Rosie
