TW has been a game changer as far as visibility into paid performance for Swoveralls. We've only scratched the surface of what it can do, but it's ease of use and the helpful support behind the tool has helped level up our marketing game.

Admittedly, it can seem overwhelming at first glance, but rest assured, everything is designed to be beneficial and user-friendly. One valuable piece of advice: schedule an onboarding appointment. Their team is incredibly knowledgeable, and they have a knack for explaining things in simple, human terms. A special shout-out to my onboarding manager, Renne, who was fantastic—if you're lucky enough to work with her, you're in good hands. Where do I start.... TripleWhale has been a game changer for all my stores. The ability to be able to scale based on actual ROAs is incredible. It is much more that an ad attribution platform. I think its important to note that I am not a savvy marketer. But TripleWhale offers a multitude attribution. But My favorite is the total impact model. One thing I am hoping for is more integrations, and more flexible shipping options. IT would also be nice to use product analytics as a la carte add on. I definetly believe TripleWhale is the FUTURE. Their Customer Service is top notch. You won't be disappointed!

We’ve been using TW for about a year and a half now. It’s overall a good tool, not great. Perhaps they’re still a small company, but they have a ton of visual bugs to iron out. The UX is also good, but not great. Their update to the retro icons style made things less user friendly. They say the integrate with Shopify, but they are far from actually integrating. You can’t filter the Pixel data based on any order or customer tags, which makes it super limiting. It would be amazing if you could filter the Pixel table data based on specific Shopify product data such as product type, etc. We’re overall still mostly happy customers, especially with the introduction of the organic channels in the Pixel table. They do have pretty responsive customer chat support, a must have for any Shopify app. We still think it needs a lot of UX love. Just wanted to give feedback on what would make it a 5-star experience for us.

Triple Whale has been fundamental for us in better understanding the true performance and attribution of our advertising campaigns. We now have clearer insight into where to optimize our ad budgets and know which creative is winning as well as which ones are under performing. Not only has this allowed us to generate more sales, but it has also enabled us to be more profitable by making better decisions in our accounts!

Our Triple Whale experience has been expensive and terrible. Now we finally had someone contact us, they did not reverse the $400 charge and they have been now charging $279 per month and we just wanted to go to the FREE level. They just keep taking money and taking money and not helping us at all. They owe us several months of refunds at this point, it's ridiculous. This is exactly what happens every time an app gets exposure and tries to grow, they start focusing only on new business and leave existing customers hanging while taking their money and ignoring them. Really sucks. We had no choice but to cancel the entire account because you can't self-serve your way into a free account. So even if we signed back up on the free service we'd have to reconnect everything. Not sure why this says FREE. Vanessa overcharged us and we've been emailing for several weeks, totally being ignored. We were falsely told we'd get a rate change, that was a lie, now they've gone completely dark. But they keep sending spammy marketing emails. I do not at all recommend this app. If you do use them, know that Vanessa and Maggie are probably not telling you the truth.

The free plan is a scam just to get you to upgrade to the expensive paid plan. Nothing is free and not exactly sure what they do with your data.

Triplewhale provides an excellent dashboard that lets me review the ROI of all eCommerce ads and ways for me to enter my site budget to track my store's profit. Rather than simply believing what my vendors say about the effectiveness of their ads, TripleWhale provides a new perspective for me to assess if my ad vendors are generating the desired results. Everyone I worked with Triplewhale was great, especially, Renee Scrybalo, who was patient and answered my questions promptly.

Big fan of TripleWhale, it is the basis for our media attribution, and the analytics/reporting capability makes understanding our performance related metrics simple. We couldn't operate (as efficiently) without it. Highly recommend.

While we love analysing endless spreadsheets and data, each marketing platform is biased towards its own efforts, constantly over-representing their part in our wider marketing efforts. Triple Whale acts as an impartial middle-ground that helps us understand what is accurate and what is puffery from marketing dashboards. Surprisingly easy to set up, and their Account Managers are very helpful. It's helped us understand what is and isn't performing, and where to divert our marketing budgets.

Great software, great team, great support...AND it always gets better. They are doing things right and its reflected in how the customers pain of disconnect is so high. But it's high because of the company as much as the software.

The foundation for all of our paid advertising programs. If you are, or plan to be running ads on FB, Instagram, Tiktok, Youtube, etc. then 3x Whale pays for itself if you invest in getting comfortable with using your reporting to guide your spend and creative decisions. An essential day 1 part of any brands Shopify tech and marketing stack.

Triple Whale has a been a lifesaver for our small business. Even if you use a small fraction of the features available I am sure you will find value that far outweighs the monthly cost (which is very fairly priced in my opinion.) We rely heavily on their integrated dashboard that brings all of our attribution (and other) metrics together in one place, allowing us to make decisions on ad spend, creative, etc. without logging into every individual ad platform to cross reference and make sense of their individual data. We have also been extremely impressed with Triple Whale's customer service and the private slack channel for customers. Tons of wicked smart people in there! Finally, TW is constantly innovating, exploring AI content generation, AI marketing assistance, etc. They are transparent about their roadmap, successes and even when they make a mistake. I appreciate this as a customer and can't wait to see how the platform grows and evolves.

Cannot live without. Would be Dead in the water on paid traffic. So many features that give extensive insight into the customer journey.

Triple Whale is great not only as an attribution platform to help you feel more confident about click data across multiple ad platforms, but also as a dependable dashboard providing insights into valuable, necessary business metrics for media efficiency, profitability, and customer value. The customer support is top notch as well.

Triplewhale is a must in 2023. Before having triplewhale we had no idea where we going with our business and our decisions were always no the right moves. They been helping us a lot in 100% accurate tracking and making good decisions especially at scale. Their dashboard is just amazing and provide a clear overview over major business KPIs + not to forget, their CS is just amazing and alwaays available to help. Such a great community over TW slack group and tons of value, anyhhting related to ecom, branding, marketing, name it ... ! Thanks again TW !!

Incredibly easy to use, the plugin to shopify i great and the mobile app is killer. I've literally used all the other data integrator apps and nothing comes close to this in terms of usability and customisation. The team are also super responsive and are always coming out with new features to help us understand what's happening in the business. Highly recommended ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Excellent app! Finally found something that gives me a complete birds eye view of sales and marketing metrics. The developers are extremely responsive as well and are constantly adding new features to improve usability and speed. Highly recommend!

The app is so clean and easy to use. Just input your basic stats like COGS and link it to your fb ad account and youre more or less ready to rock. It has a tone of awesome features like it shows you your ROAS. You can set an alarm tone for when you go bellow a specific ROAS which is really cool. All round its a great app to have both on your mobile and shopify

I use this app alot, really helps me keep track of my live Profit for the day and ROAS, really helpful and i have the app on my phone so i can keep track on the go, Must have in my opinion
