Just spoke to Gretel and she was quick to respond and helped me right away with my question regarding local pick-up option. So far, it's been going really well. Just started last night but I was able to download the app with no problem and started adding items to the site.

I love the app and the wide variety of products they have. They are so unique products and my customers love them. Their support team is also good, I was personally helped by Gretle and she was kind and polite to me and understood the issue on hand, and helped me accordingly. Mary was very helpful in answering my questions regarding API integration with Trendsi for returns. Unfortunately Trendsi does not yet have this capability. Trendsi is super simple. It has a large variety of items to select from. Very quick in their response if you have questions. Mary helped me today. Very nice. Very straight forward in her answers. Super helpful!
