I had an issue dealing with out of stock items on an order. Angelo answered my questions, and I was able to get it resolved in just a few minutes. 10/10 would recommend.

I use trendsi app for about a month. Initially, i had a few issues due to unfamiliar with the app. The customer support is amazing. They will ensure your query get followed up and answered. The app is very easy to use and integrate well with shopify. The import function is great where we can set the pricing rule prior to upload the selected products to the store which is a great feature to have. Saving me a lot of time. New products are updated everyday and the app is free! Although this app is currently supporting mainly U S market. Once the logistic is ready for the international market. I'm sure this company would be a game changer for ecommerce fashion business.

I love this app I love the clothing everything I have ordered and sampled have been great quality the support is awesome anything I have an issue or question they are very responsive kind and helpful the last few times I contacted support I had the pleasure of speaking with Lee she is very kind and has helped with a few things very quickly I highly recommend this app for anyone looking to add great clothing to their boutique.

I had a few glitches integrating the app, but customer service fixed the issue and I was able to add the products to my store. The product selection is top notch and the brand collaborations will make scaling the store a breeze. Fast US based shipping , competitive prices and free to install. Who can ask for more?

i just started using Trendsi im waiting for my samples to arrive. So far its been great. Jaylene has been great with answering emails within minutes, she has provided excelent customer service and that makes me feel more comfortble working with the app Trendsi.

I would give ten stars. Angelo is always responsive and quick and efficient. Best drop ship relationship for clothing. I tried others but their customer service and communication was incredibly aweful. But with Trendsi and especially Angelo - customer service, communication is first class.

Wonderful selection of clothing and the customer serve is great! They are always willing to help you and they add new products every week. To better the app they should add handbags soon.

Tendsi is a great app to find a variety of products with fast shipping. The quality and quantity is outstanding. They also have superb customer service, I soke idectly with Angelo who was able to help me fix some of the integration issues with my shoppify store. I highly recommend!

If more of the products were available to be shipped from your US warehouse that would be great. I like the idea of a quicker shipping time 2-5 days within the US. There are many nice Styles in plus size but majority of the products are being shipped from China, I don't want to risk having longer shipping times because it may result to losing money. I buy jewelry and accessories to resell on my Shopify store already. I would like to add clothing to my store by doing dropshipping before I commit to purchasing inventory. It's been a struggle for me to find nice styles/ good quality and fast shipping. times

Trendsi has allowed us to focus on our front end business while entrusting them with the backend. They have been helpful partners and are very easy to work together with. We trust them a lot.

I wish there was a way to import the products by selecting multiple at a time versus one at a time. Other apps have this ability. However I like how I don’t have to edit the title or description unlike orberlo with Ali express. Contains very good titles and descriptions.

Absolutely supportive eco-system in Trendsi. They have very flexible rules indeed. The App is awesome. And The app is quite good compared to other competitors.

I have just recently started using this app. I am very please with customer service and the fact that I am the test market area, so there is a lot of respect that has been provided. Customer Service is so so helpful, I must give a shout out to Chen and the quick replies. Ella, Sherwin and Jaylene are AMAZING!! The trends they have in store are great and everything is up to date.

I have been using this app for a few weeks and so far I have not had any trouble getting my orders processed. They are shipped out pretty quickly from the US warehouse. I did have a bit of a concern with an item that did not ship as quickly and it seems that it was being shipped from China. I contacted someone through chat support and Chen guided me through the details of the order in question and also showed me how to filter out products depending on where they're located. Chen was able to give me the status of the item and told me it should be shipped within the guaranteed time frame (from China), so I would be able to tell my customer it should be there soon. So far, Trendi has been fairly easy to use and customer support has been great. Thanks Chen!

This company has excellent, quick response with customer service. They quickly responded to my questions about return/exchange policies. I love all the integrations and the price is right! I look forward to working with them more!

I have not started using it yet but it seems great. A few things that would be even greater is a wider selection of accessories such as sunglasses, handbags, purses, etc. Also, some of us are already using other dropshipping apps which have return policies of 30 days so it's kind of hard to implement 7 days into our return policy as we already have it set to 30 days. Those are the only two things that I have observed so far, and hopefully, in the future, they can be implemented.
