I love this app! They are always so helpful, especially Gretle who I just recently came in contact with! I'm so happy I found this site, it has really helped me start/launch my business, which I've been super excited about. I 100% recommend!

I'm new to this app so I can't speak on the products yet but the chat was great. I might have waited 1 minute, if that, before a pleasant young lady helped me. I'm looking forward to a long relationship with Trendsi.

I had a lot of integration questions and Gretle was very nice and helpful. I am just placing my first sample order now, so I'll update my review once I receive those and actually integrate everything into my store.

Great app for newbies and experienced. Can't say enough about the smooth process so far! Angelo in Customer Support was also very helpful when asking him if I had processed my first order from the app correctly. Answered all my questions!

Haven't physically sold anything from Trendsi yet, but the customer service is phenomenal! Ms. Lee was very helpful in finding my issue dealing with shipping. She gave off a friendly vibe throughout the entire process and she responded very quickly with a few possible solutions to fix my problem.

I placed my first order yesterday. The support team agent Gretle responded quickly to address and issue with the customers address. So far so good. I’m still waiting on the tracking number though. So we shall see.

I absolutely love this app! So this morning I woke up to a customer message that they had placed an order and put down the wrong address! I emailed Trendsi because it changed on my side in my Shopify store but didn’t change on Trendsi’s side. I emailed them my issue and they immediately sent me an email back saying they corrected the address and it was done! This was at like 630 in the morning! Lorie thanks for your help! They’re not lying when they say they’re there to help 24/7! I do wish It changed automatically when I changed it on my side. But I’m very pleased with the service today! Thanks again!

Trendsi is very responsive and helpful they make managing my store easier. The thing to remember is to add your own flavor to the product descriptions. Buying samples in multiple sizes helps give you an idea of the quality and how the customer feels when they receive the product.

We use Trendsi for our boutique and the Help Center and customer service is really helpful! I love the chat option, and received prompt support from Hazel on an issue I had with one of the orders placed by a customer in Shopify.
