Customer Service on point. The team promptly responds to any questions or issues. Honestly, it's a relief to know that I can reach out if needed. The representatives have all been friendly and were quickly able to answer my questions. Five Stars to Hazel, for thoroughly addressing my issue and literally answering one of my questions before I even got to ask it.

Great customer service! There is a little bit of a learning curve, but they are so responsive via chat and text and very helpful. Angelo has walked me through a few issues and helped me resolve them quickly.

I currently use 2 separate dropshipping services but Trendsi is by far the best! I love the quality of clothing, the ease of use, the stock photos and the customer service. I worked with a representative today by the name of Gretle and she was able to get my issue solved in record time. I would highly recommend using this company for dropshipping.

Trendsi has a large selection and is inclusive! They also have a lot of faux and vegan clothing options for animal lovers!!! Trendsi makes dropshipping so easy for you. I've had to reach out to customer service for a few questions and each time worked with Raymart as my customer support. Raymart was incredibly patient and helpful. Highly recommend Trendsi!

Raymart is AWESOME! I could not figure out how to add products to my site and he walked me through it with ease. He waited until everything was working even asked if I needed help with anything else. Awesome customer service and BTW He deserves a raise.

The easiest way to dropship, hands down. I started my first website and loved the selection of Trendsi's products, and decided to go with jewelry. They have professional, consistent product images and prices are fantastic too. It is SO simple to add products to your website, and I have hundreds of items for sale and never had to create a single product listing (product listings are so tedious and not something I enjoy doing). You can control the price of the item, but they integrate onto your website with the suggested retail price which was perfect for me, and their website is extremely easy to navigate and use. I had my first order a few days ago, and was able to fulfil my order right away because it all is integrated so the order was already on Trendsi. I cannot say enough good things about this company!

Needed to contact support today in regards to product photos not linking correctly and Vince went above and beyond in getting to the bottom of this for me. As it turns out, it was an issue with the layout of photos within my Shopify store, and not with Tendsi. Vince even went so far as to assist me in the explanation of the issue to Shopify support. Thanks again for all your help!

Trendsi is a wonderful dropshipping service. First, I would say they are the best I have come across so far. I have been working with five different services since starting, and I can honestly say, that they care about you and what you are providing to your customers. They also care about your knowledge of the products, and your overall success. Plus....the customer service is top notch. I had to to contact customer service tonight and worked with Allan. He not only helped me once, answered several questions, but then had to help me again! Top Notch!!!! He was amazing. I guess I would not expect something anything different from such a great company.
