They have a good customer service, thanks for your help Richie. I recommend this app, I tried a few and they were not as good as this one! You also get 50 monthly quotas for Free, which is a big plus!

We have been looking at a replacement for our current tracking solution to give customers real-time updates as well as tracking that integrates with Klaviyo. After looking at several options we came across TrackingMore and we did not have to look any further. Great tracking page, awesome integration with Klaviyo making it really easy for us, and great customer support if you have a question. We could not be more pleased and happy to have found this great order tracking app for our customers.

Great customer service, great tracking display. Price is abit on the heavy side but should be worth it.

So far this seems like by far the most reasonably priced post-purchasing shipping app with Klaviyo integration. $9/month and that price includes API. definitely worth giving it a go.
