Works as advertised, easy setup and integration and the customer service was incredibly quick to help me make a couple tweaks regarding layout and styling. If you need a Terms checkbox, this one will do the trick!

Great app. It doesn't have as many customizable settings as other applications, but the support team is very responsive and implements changes very quickly.

When I first installed it, it conflicted with my theme, but the support was so fast, it only took less than 15 mins for them to fix the entire problem, and they even updated the CSS on specified popups, upon my personal request, highly recommend these guys, top-notch, customer support.
