I used this app to help increase load times and make my store more fluid, however the app rearranged all photos deleted the originals and the load times are not even better now. No clue why this is rated 4.9 stars. Edit: Customer support is very helpful. I will not be using the app however I must recommend the app just based on the support received.

Someone from the sales team patiently answered all my questions and helped me narrow down the best plan. I have so much peace of mind for an affordable amount per month. This app is helping my store have a consistent look among all the various product photos, taking the guesswork and time out of minimizing and resizing. The audits are insightful and informative and the optimizations are streamlined. Their customer service is outstanding, even helping me with other app integrations. I highly recommend them.

So far this app is pretty awesome. it works fast and thorough. The customer service is great as well. I've had a zillion questions and they've been answering each and every one and helped with the things I was having trouble with such as the twitter meta card tag. Great price as well. Definitely recommend!

I use this app to reduce image sizes. It really works very well and I also use the other features as well (site audit, script control). My speed is definitely much higher and the customer service is very fast and helpful!

Super schneller support! kleiner Bug war ein versehen, wurde aber schnell behoben und die App funktioniert bisher super! - Ja ein paar Bilder werden in der Reihenfolge verändert, besonders bei Artikeln mit Videos- Die Ersparnis in der Dateigröße ist es aber definitiv Wert nochmal Hand an zu legen!

At present, it is still good overall, and the performance of the application needs to be followed up in the future.

Terrible experience. It made all the video thumbnails the main photo image. I had to manually go in and rearrange every product image in my store to get the correct main image back. It claims you can restore images but you have to do it one by one and there is no clear place to even do so. Even worse, it reduced the visual quality of all my images. And yes it was noticeable!
