So far the app has been easy to navigate and customer service has been very helpful! I'm glad I found this app and hope to see big improvements in speed and ranking on Google. I'm on a trial at the moment but will definitely keep the service.

If you have any doubt, whether you should download this app or not, take a leap of faith. I have never seen a better support team. They are so active, responsive and goes 1 step beyond. And the functionality of the app itself is just crazy. It's a great app. I saw it a month ago but didn't download it earlier. That was a mistake. Apart from the app helping my store become way faster, the support team also helped me bring my site score up. They are charging us way less. Go for this, your store will thank you. UPDATE FROM ME ... had 2nd amazing support experience from Simon this time. Honestly its rare to feel customer focus running through the veins of a business so hats off to the management as well. Easy to say but near impossible to implement without a team who believes. SEO is a foreign language to me (!) and this app is a very powerful tool ... guides you through one by one every suggestion to improve performance. It's so easy to use. I was blown away by customer support chat - Julia literally gave me a masterclass on optimisation. Demystifying SEO! Thanks Julia for that, i felt like i learnt a skill today - you not only answered y initial question but left me with a strategy to follow moving forward which for me is priceless. Great app and great costumer service, we recommend it!

App does what it says and is well prices. You don't really need support often but the one time I did (to activate Lazy Loading) the reply was instant and sorted. On the lazy loading feature I think it is awesome the lock it to ensure you have backed up your site before activating - shows real dedication to the user. I will certainly look at this vendors other apps

This app is VERY helpful, easy to use and the costumer service is even better. Julia was really nice to me and she offered me help in problems I did not even knew I had. Worth the money you pay
