I run a flower store in Germany. I now want to offer online shipping and pickup and have opened a store for this. I am still very new in the matter and have no experience at all. For products I need a text field so that the customer can add his wishes and notes to the order. The setup was super easy, I would not have expected that. Exactly what I was looking for!

the app doesnt work anymore, support says it's working again but it's not, can you please fix it? I mean, it's black friday

Update* The app is now working 3/5 is now 5/5. As of 25/11/2022, it stopped working, waiting on support to report back. Disappointing that is happening, hopefully, the app will regain function. When it works it is great

Suddenly stopped working. Waste of time. Waste of money. Support hasn't helped with it either. So dissapointed

Um zusätzliche Angaben wie Rückennummern oder Initialien zu der Bestellung hinzuzufügen, benutze ich die App Textbox. Installation, Preis und Leistung passen hier! Bei der Automatisierung der Textfelder (zeige nur bei bestimmten Produktvarianten an), habe ich die Hilfe des Supports benötigt. Innerhalb weniger Stunden wurde mir unkompliziert geholfen und das Problem gefixt. Schneller und freundlicher kann ein Support nicht arbeiten. Vielen Dank an Anna und ihr Team. Ich kann diese App bedenkenlos empfehlen.

Gute App mit erstklassigem Support! Wir nutzen diese App seit einiger Zeit und hatten nun einen Fehler im System, der durch den Support schnell und unkompliziert innerhalb kürzester Zeit behoben wurde. Die App an sich, macht genau, was sie verspricht und ist einfach zu bedienen.

Wir nutzen diese App schon seit längerem für zusätzliche Abfragen von Kunden direkt bei der Bestellung und sie funktioniert bestens. Als wir kürzlich etwas neues mit den Daten anstellen wollten (Einbindung in Shopify Flow), hat uns der Support super freundlich und schnell geholfen den dafür nötigen Code zu erstellen Kurz gesagt, eine klasse App mit super Support, was besonders bei dem geringen Preis eine vorbildliche Ausnahme ist :-) Herzliche Grüße an Anna und nochmals vielen Dank!

The app was helpful in adding specific text fields to my listings. Some needed a shirt color box, some needed to gather information about the person a gift was being purchased for, others were for other personalized information that needed to be gathered. It was so easy to add a new textbox for whatever listings I needed to have one. Being able to customize the font to match my site was really nice! The customer service is outstanding! They were quick to respond anytime I had a question or issue. They strive to respond quickly and will work until the issue is fully resolved, even if the issue isn't necessarily due to their app. The ability to duplicate a created box would be helpful to keep all formatting the same and then only edit the product category and some text.

I was having an issue with the app showing up on my website, the developers reached out and with trail and error they finally found a solution. Now the app works perfectly!! Definitely recommend, the customer service alone is 5 stars!!

This app is exactly what I needed! I thought I could rely on the area in the shopping cart where customers can put a note to the seller. NOT!
