Tevello is SUPER user friendly. I am ok with tech things, but not amazing. Setting up my course was very straight forward. I love how easily it integrates with my Shopify website. My customers can easily log into my site and then see their purchased online course directly on my website. Pricing is completely reasonable. Any time I have had a question or need direction, customer service is quick to respond. There are even times I have been given suggestions on small things to add (at no cost to me) to increase sales!

I wish I had more stars to give! Tevello's course building is flexible and intuitive, and the developer is SO RESPONSIVE. Every time I reach out for assistance he is so helpful and kind, quick to respond and knowledgable. I have zero experience with coding but have needed many adaptions to a traditional online class design in order to meet the specific needs of my students, adults with disabilities. I've tried so many websites, apps, and programs to create courses over the years, all of which have fallen short. Then I found Tevello! And wow! Or, the developer, has gone out of his way to help me create a class that serves my population well. He has truly gone above and beyond, to the point of updating Tevello to include new features I requested and teaching me how to use html code to adapt my own courses even more. Thank you, Or! My students and I are forever in debt to you.

I can't even begin to explain the way this app works and ticks all of my need but SPECIFICALLY Or Moshe's help in whatever you need! He is VERY diligent and cares to give you THE best customer service with WHATEVER question you might have, and even helps you out!! I am definitely committed to using Tevello now, for is easy use, all the features, the amazing price, compared to Mega Community which doesn't even include courses, and Or's help which has INFINITE value for me!!

Tevello is a FANTASTIC app for memberships and courses! I wanted a place where I could host private videos, PDFs, and discussions for my members, and this app has been the perfect platform. The majority of my audience is older, and it's easy for them to navigate and understand the site which is a HUGE bonus! Now for one of my favorite parts of Tevello...the customer support! I've messaged the developer several times with random questions, and he gets back to me within 10 minutes every time! I've never had such great CS from a company, and it's such a bonus not feeling lost whenever I have a question. 10/10 recommend Tevello.

After searching for a platform to use for my course, and finding a lot of overpriced services, tevello saved me. It allows to upload the course without problems and coding. I was doing something wrong in the configuarion and the support helped me really fast to solve the issue. I recommend.

An absolutely excellent app - exactly what we were looking for. More important to highlight though is the EXCEPTIONAL support - setting up, making adjustments, etc - provided by Or. 1st class, responsive and just incredibly helpful. 5 stars is an easy choice here.

Before we leave Shopify due to its insecure data handling, we wanted to give a huge thank you to Or. He has always been there for us with advice and support, responds incredibly fast, and what he has built continues to amaze us—even after trying more than five other LMS systems. We would pay a lot of money to have him, his skills, and Tevello on our new platform. Life would be so much easier—his system just works. At the same time, as a woman in this domain, I have rarely felt so genuinely taken seriously. He never once questioned my abilities, even though, at times, it might have been understandable. I LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE this app! Seriously is the heart of my business functioning as a course seller. I had it hosted on my old site, my business partner's site, and now my current site. Or (the app developer) is a gem when you need any help and is quick to get back to you. I've never had any issues with the app and I love the direction it's going in. You won't regret getting it! Only that you didn't get it sooner! I dropped Kajabi for this app if that says anything :)

Tevello, you have exceeded all expectations! I was looking for a platform that would house my course on my website (to streamline everything) - and not only have they made that so extremely easy, they have now made it even easier by allowing you to upload your own videos directly to the platform. I have had ZERO issues with Tevello and I’m so grateful for them!

Tevello has provided well beyond what our expectation was for an app in Shopify. We tried multiple options before finding Tevello. Or, the app developer, is extremely responsive and helpful in his communication and has been able to cater to our specific needs within the app. You can tell he genuinely cares about his product. The white-label option is incredible and has given us a clean, affordable way of presenting our products and services while still being able to take advantage of all of the things the Tevello app has to offer. I would highly recommend Tevello to anyone who is in need of an instruction or course platform on their website.

Genuinely the best customer service I've experienced in my 5 years of being in E-Com. The owner of the app responds directly almost immediately, and is able to assist with any minor questions or issues I encounter. Have been using this App for multiple stores now, and have nothing but positive feedback to give. Aside from customer service, the app platform is very well built and has absolutely everything necessary to run a digital service from Shopify.
