I got charged $19 even though i installed it one day and uninstall it the next day. I got refunded for the charged amount through customer service. The customer service understood the issue and processed it with no hassle. Even though I uninstalled the app cause i didn't needed it, it is a good app for whoever needs to have their product personalized. Hi, We are sorry to see you go. Regarding the charge, we noticed that you installed our app on November 8 and uninstalled it on November 24. Since the 14-day trial ended on November 22, a pre-charge for the 30-day cycle was applied. They will ask you to figure out on your own and that they won't provide more information on how to recreate personalisation products shown on their demo website.
