Extremely easy to use and there's great support if you should ever need it. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for an easy way to run a store with multiple languages!

The app is great, I am surprised how accurate the auuto translations are, and also it allow the option to change translations manually if necessary. I found it very easy to use, and also quick (which is very rare based in my previous experiences with multiple languages). I found a couple of issues in the process and the app support helped me to solve them.

I like Translation Lab a lot! The free plan of the App is amazing. With the free version you have limited characters that can be translated automatically, but it’s very well structured – so you can use google translator and copy paste the rest of your text. Although it is a little difficult to translate just the starting page/homepage depending on your theme, it still works out fine by clicking through it. The support team of the App is great with very quick response time! Thank you very much! Would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a free translation App for Shopify. Great for beginners!

Very easy to use and very quick response of customer service. Although it is not totally free if you need more translation of characters, It charge reasonably.

I'm using the app on my webshop and it is working pretty well. The most important is the service I've got when something went wrong. The guys were amazing, fixed the problem immediately, and recorded a video with detailed explanations. I could warmly recommend it.

UPDATE JULY 2021: The 5-star rating is WELL DESERVED. I continue to contact customer support for updates and tweaks to our website. The app works seamlessly and the customer support is FANTASTIC. We are very happy with our app choice and it is great to know that the team is always ready to help out! 5-STAR APP & 5-STAR SERVICE!!! September 2020: I used this app so that I could merge 2 websites into one website. The implementation was very easy, and I am speaking as someone who is not a programmer. There were a few things deeper within the website that I could not do so easily. A couple of emails and a fantastic explainer video, and then I could complete the task. Great app! Recommend for someone who does not have big budget for translations and the site does not contain too much text - you can translate the text in very easy/fast way! If you have the text already translated - you can very easily copy paste it in the text box. I had some issues finding some sections of website to translate, but the costumer service was SO FAST and helpful / so I was able to fix everything in super speed! They explained everything in such a manner, that I have no more issues finding the text that I wish to translate! They even did some editing in code - fixing an issue I was facing! (Shopify support instead recommended me to contact a PAID Shopify expert to fix this issue, but T Lab did it for me for free). The app is very easy to use and navigate. It also provides some free word translations (10k per month I guess). Recommend, recommend, recommend!

Many things can be said about this company; however, one thing stood out the most from my experience, and that was DEDICATION. What started out as a bit rocky blossomed into a beautiful ending. All my translations integrated well, and I was delighted to see my first and last name in four different languages. The customer service was impeccable, and there was meticulous attention to details from start to finish, excellent work from their team. All I can say is they deserve a standing ovation. Bravo Translation Lab, bravo!

Customer service is always quick and very helpful! Great app as well. Although the search for new texts to translate can be quite long since you have to scroll through all your older texts, I still recommend it. It's seamlessly integrated in Shopify so it doesn't make weird overlay "jumps" when you switch languages and the team is super helpful! +++++

Highly recommend this app. - the AI translation is very good, much better compare to other apps which translate like Google translate - Easy to use interface. Love the bulk options edit function. Really helpful especially your store has many products/variants - Free translation (although there is a limit, but it will renew monthly) Super helpful support, many thanks to Max. He quickly response and even further help us to fix an issue with our theme which is not in his scope. Would definitely recommend this app to everyone.
