This is the #1 app on Shopify. I tell you I have a supplier that uses a red/amber/green traffic light system for stock levels, they customised the app to work for that. I asked them to make it so the app updated stock for individual variants by the traffic light system. They got it done in 24 hours. They walked me through the early stages and made sure my store got on its feet with the best customer support I have experienced in the app store. If you're looking for the app that autoupdates your stock from xml/csv/google sheets/JSON/XLS/XLSX files this is THE app to do it with.

Since we are a drop ship provider, it is nice to have Stock Sync as it stocks and syncs our inventory with our inventory provider. One less thing for me to handle. Love It.

This apps is a must and just awesome. If your supplier can export files you can automate all the inventory, pricing, publish updates with a user friendly interface. This app really worth every penny, plus the prices are good. A+++

I'm using this app for a few days and set up went great, testing also working great with my customer ERP and FTP, but suddenly the app stops working, since this morning, and nobody is returning my messages, no one is answering... what's happening ??? Is there a status page or a website where we can check the app status??

Works great when it is actually up and running, but frequent outages with the app being down. Today the app has been down all day so far. App Support is terrible! I have given up contacting their support department because I either don't get a response or when they do respond, it's 3-4 days later. Totally unacceptable!!!!

A little tricky on the set up, but super quick and helpful support system! So far so great :)

I agree, Jor was a pleasure to work with. Their response time is fast and they fixed a user error that I couldn't figure out what I was doing wrong. So far the app is working great and saving me a massive amount of time that I was spending before updating inventory. Their pricing is reasonable. I only wish that I had found them sooner!

Folks - if you are looking for a inventory sync, simple to use and cost effective, this is it. For ShabbyChicDecor we needed to sync our manufacture's inventory with to our website as we drop ship. Our manufacture provided us a FTP to the inventory file. Stock Sync made it simple with a one time login to the FTP server, then mapping the appropriate columns to match SKU and QTY. Its that simple.

I am very satisfied with this plugin for shopify. I am using for keeping ebay listings in sync with shopify and application is doing a great job to accomplish this goal. Excellent customer support - Jor worked with me closely through many issues I was having originally and even deployed a patch to resolve the issues on the fly. All i can say they are incredible and listen to users needs and take it very seriously. I am glad that I chose this application over many other out there that didn't meet my needs. Price is very affordable as well! I give this application 5+ star and look forward helping to make small improvements that would make it best plugin out there to keep your inventory in sync.

The best part was when I asked if there was a way for me to round the price to .99 instead of .00. The reply for Stock Sync was one of a kind! Great product - very nice new interface - loads of functionality - thoroughly recommend it! An API that will integrate Google Spreadsheets with a shopping cart - finally! Bye bye Magento! I recommend using Stock Sync!

Excellent customer service and awesome app! This is the only affordable app I could find that will update stock via barcode, and I received fantastic, prompt service each time I reached out with questions. Very happy! :)

Doesn't work at all. Just keeps giving match fails. No time to go and sit with a developer on something that should work to begin with. It's not rocket science, but this app just can't read the inventory.
