I needed a way to add products to my website in bulk quantities and Stock Sync was the easiest way to get it done. Stock Sync works and it saves major time and effort once you learn how to use it.

I have been using Stock Sync now for about 3 months. It is very good software to help manage all your store's inventory. It is incredibly powerful but also quite complex to navigate so you will almost certainly need the help of support. I managed to 'almost' set up a CSV feed but had a few issues which were resolved fairly quickly by support. XML feeds seem to be a little more complicated however and it took quite some time to set this up so it is 100% but we are there now. Support is excellent but it is via e mail so depending on your time zone you may not get a response the same day. When you contact support be very clear about what you want because the software has a ton of options that can be included or excluded depending on what you want the feed to do. I was a bit vague on occasion so I got vague answers back! All in all a great way to manage your inventory in shopify.

I highly recommend this app to everyone. It makes importing and syncing inventory very easy and quick. The support is extraordinary and patient!

They reached out and offered an extended trial and help to setup. I had already found a better solution. I hope they shift to provide the service they offered after my initial 1* review but I'm increasing for the follow-up effort. 1st review below............ After first update that stalled at 66% for over an hour until I aborted to find that 2 DAYS later it updated my store from the out of date file. Support confirmed that it took 2 days but shouldn't take that long again. The only setup support they offered was a link to the knowledgebase. My update was only 4 simple fields and I never got the update to work correctly. This product and lack of prompt helpful support make it unusable.

The team is extremely helpful and responds to all my questions. The app works great for managing my inventory as I have multiple large stock sheets from a few different suppliers. I couldn't ask for a better service to make my life easier!

Amazing app, I don't know what I would do with out it! The support team is fantastic, they helped me with every issue that I had, guiding me and teaching me. Also, they are very patient people and they answer in very short time any question you have, totally recommended !!!

We have stock coming form 3 suppliers. App allows us to prioritise the stock feeds (based on price or lead time) while still having backup suppliers in place. Brilliant

The support team are very responsive and I have found them forthcoming with solutions. The app is working well for updating my stock levels - it does more as well.

I will be using the app for a SOAP connection with a vendor. I needed help from the support team to set it up - they replied really quick and found a solution for me. Overall my impression so far is great and I highly recommend!

Stock Sync's functionalities are so good & essential I wonder why Shopify hasn't bought them yet. If you're looking for a way of automatically and seamlessly uploading your stock to Shopify, then Stock Sync is the one and only app you'll ever need. They really were a lifesaver for me! The team is also super helpful and went above and beyond to help me with my questions! Can't recommend them enough!

This is a slick app that does a ton of automation for our business. It is amazing how flexible the app is to process inventory files in different formats and from different sources. The support team is very helpful and has always resolved any issues or answered my questions in detail. Thank you!

A Major Time Saver - Stock Sync is just the app I was looking for when I was whiteboarding the options we had to integrate products feed from multiple suppliers. We had a custom requirement where our suppliers are providing the product information in more than 1 file, which made it more complicated. Stock Sync enabled us to integrate more than 1 file from each supplier, with ease. The ability to schedule batch runs is another time-saver. The help documentation can be organised better but being said the quick and timely support we get from the team outweigh's this minor hiccup.

Stock Sync is a great add on for Shopify Store to upload new prices etc. Works with Excel Spreadsheets as well as XML, JSON and API links - very good app product and the backup support is always helpful and prompt responses.

Very useful: we use this app to schedule the publication / deactivation of product and schedule the update of quantities automatically. Very kind and helpful customer service.

Have 3 feeds working very well and one of the most useful apps for us and our store for converting stock in different locations to sales

Awesome product - works great - what used to take many hours now takes 5 minutes. Can't do without it now.

It's too bad that scheduled feed updates are so limited. I plan on using a feed from a supplier, that has many stock updates during the day. They provide a feed that updates every half an hour, but I can only update every 4 hours, and that is only when using the biggest plan for this app. What can be done about this?
