Ive used this app for a year now - my paypal is in MUCH better standing. I have never even had to open the app again after setting it up either! Set it and forget it.

We were getting notifications from Paypal about hitting a threshold on outstanding orders before they would start to hold back funds because Shopify was not telling Paypal that orders were shipped. There are plenty of apps on the market that syncs tracking with Paypal, with some of them charging massive amounts. We chose to run with Synctrack and within 10 minutes all of our problems went away with a low monthly cost. Customer service was instant and despite all the hard work they have put into making this process as easy as possible, they tried to push me towards the free account. It's not often people go out of their way to do what is best for you. The developer is not only talented but a genuinely good person too.

Wow setup was lightning fast! Unlike the other options (i researched about 4) this also offers stripe and other gateways, and is also cheaper at $6/month (for 1000 orders) versus other tools that charge $10 or $20/month.

I used the app to sync multiple orders against paypal references. Its just made it about 100 times easier as a business just starting out. Interface is easy and straightforward.

This app works well, never skips a beat, and makes Paypal Very happy. Limits PayPal Holds. Accessing your Paypal funds is faster when the delivery status is marked as delivered. So far we haven't had to use support as the app "Just works" so we cant comment there..
