EXCELLENT SERVICE

Its really easy to use and makes drop shipping easy

Great so far but not letting me sign up and use trial for free its trying to charge me 1.99 thats not free.

I had a very disappointing experience with this service. After signing up for the trial version to evaluate the app, I decided it wasn't for me and canceled the subscription promptly. However, they still attempted to charge me an annual subscription fee. Despite their claim that there was no trial period and I had to pay for the subscription, I had already canceled. I contacted customer support multiple times, but each time, my issue was passed to the billing department with no proper resolution. To make matters worse, they repeatedly tried to charge me £231 through the Shopify store. The customer service has been extremely unhelpful and frustrating. I do not recommend this service due to their poor handling of billing issues and lack of effective customer support

This platform is truly amazing and versatile. I've been using it for over a week now and have seen a plethora of new features added over time. It's intuitive and easy to use, and I can say this with confidence because I have tried other platforms as well, and this one stands out as the best. The customer support is fantastic, always responding swiftly to any concerns or questions. I wholeheartedly recommend this platform to anyone who's interested. It's truly the best out there!

Brilliant app sob far

Just started using, still exploring and testing. We should have 5 products to test in the free version. For stores that are starting it's not viable to pay a plan.

I have only used the datafeed manager so far. I like the to have the ability to customize the mapping, filters, and settings for importing products. For example, I can choose to update just the pricing, or product titles. Also, the customer service has been great. Peter answered a slew of questions, and was able to show me what i was doing wrong and give me examples of how to upload correctly.

Terrible service. Predatory refund policy. Bad customer service. Bad product.

Every order had to be canceled or refunded. Sucks to spend lots money on ads and platforms like these fumble. Questions are met with "Please contact the supplier directly."

It's a great app :) tons of stuff. But check what you want to add to your store first :)

I am opening a Shopify "Flex" store, where I mainly sell POD items. However, I'm not going to survive on selling POD items by themselves to promote my radio station. So this drop shipper solution from Syncee offers the perfect way to sell everyday consumable items, for much needed profit. I hope it works out.

Some of the suppliers listed for dropshipping don't dropship. Pet supplies suppliers to ship in Canada are either too expensive, long lead times, high shipping cost, or poor quality.

I find this to be an excellent dropshipping app. It not only facilitates direct communication with product suppliers but also boasts a wide range of suppliers who manufacture their own products. The support team is highly responsive and readily available to assist with any concerns or questions that may arise.
