Syncee is not only a great solution to wholesale & drop shipping, but they have an amazing support team. The last support request was with Melinda, she is professional, and I asked her about several technical issues and she helped me to solve most of them efficiently.

so far no problem , they have been very responsive and helpful and everything that i needed to know as a beginner has been guided and answered accordingly

Very professional, fast, and easy. When looking for a product there were many to choose from and it was easy to compare them side by side.

DO NOT USE THIS APP! 3 days of waiting since customers placed an order and Syncee is not letting me pay for them. They say it's an issue at the supplier's end but clearly, it is a technical issue with Syncee. Trying to contact them is useless. Also contacted the supplier directly and they can't provide the item at the price listed on Syncee. What do I do now? Take a loss?

SO far seems worth the money, hopefully it works out for me. Process is easy enough to navigate, has definitely given me access to suppliers I wouldnt have been able to before

So far probably the best App I have in the last 2 years experience on Shopify as it provides me a complete control on price calculation, Filters and lot many other functionalities so from my side highly recommended.

For the EU market, the best and most secure dropshipping app I have found so far. Just being able to limit myself to European suppliers, makes my e-commerce work much easier. Äußerst Wünschenswert wären Anbindungen an Marktplätze wie Amazon und Ebay. Auch fände ich ich mehr Filter für die Benutzfreundlichkeit wünschenswert. Es gibt aktuell so wie ich festgestellt habe keine Möglichkeit sich Produkte nur aus der EU bzw. einer bestimmten Auswahl an Länder anzuschauen

THE WORST APP I'VE EVER USED!!! NOT BECAUSE OF ITS FUNCTIONALITY, BUT DUE TO THE MALICIOUS ACT OF CHARGING $100 DOLLARS TO MY CREDIT CARD FOR A CANCELLED SUBSCRIPTION!!!! I DEMAND A REFUND!!! MY SUBSCRIPTION HAS BEEN CANCELLED SINCE 10/05/23, AND TODAY, ON 24/05/23, THEY CHARGED ME $100 DOLLARS WITHOUT USING THE APP!!!

The individuals at Syncee have been very responsive and were very helpful in answering all my questions. The program is also very easy to use and flexible. My only complaint is regarding the vendor contact availability and product selection. It would be nice if they could provide a contact number for the wholesalers/suppliers they work with. It has been a challenge trying to get in contact with some of the suppliers. In additon, I am starting an home decor business and they do not have many unique products and are very limitied.

I appreciate the variety of eco-friendly vendors and quality items I can find in the Marketplace. And Customer Service (Laura) is stellar, always easy to get answers and troubleshoot. The platform is has been very helpful.

Lots of US suppliers with majority of shipping times 2 weeks and under. Products appear to be higher quality as well.
