I'm almost hesitant to write this review because I secretly want to keep this Shopify app all to myself! Not only does it offer the best tech solution by far, but the level of support and responsiveness from the team behind it is truly outstanding. What truly sets this app apart, however, is the incredible customer support. Whenever I had a question or needed assistance, the team was there to help promptly and with a friendly attitude. They went above and beyond to ensure that the app looked perfect for our brand, down to the last detail.

Very easy installation of the app with guidance videos. After an update of my Shopify theme, the app did not function as expected and within 2 days the Swym team reached out for help and fixed the problem. Very satisfied with the app and assistance!

This app works really well and is easy to set up and customise. It's simplified our gift registry process massively and allows the customers to completely manage their own registries with little help from our team - saves us a lot of time and effort! The support team were really responsive and very helpful in getting the app set up exactly how we wanted on both of our sites and going above and beyond to make sure we were happy with how the app was working.

Before entering this app I texted 2 others with the best reviews, I spent a lot of time setting them up and then got to the point of realizing that they had many limitations. This app took me little time, if you have shopify 2.0 it's a breeze. I asked the support team for major customization interventions and they intervened quickly and absolutely professionally! Now I have a perfect app for my needs. Feed back: easy to install and easy to customize within the pages (with shopify 2.0), reliable app, top support staff. So here's the thing, the app itself is a great 4 stars. There are some updates that are being made that will make it a solid 5, so that's great! The 5 star review is because the app is easy to set up, works well with our site and I can't wait for some of the upcoming updates. The team at swym has been great! Their answer is never 'that's not possible' it's 'we'll work on this and get back to you' or they'll find a workaround or an update. They are also very responsive. We're glad to have this registry. We tried all of the other options and this one is the one we're using.
