I'm only giving this a 4 star because they have been very responsive to my questions. I haven't hit the go button on the subscription service yet. But so far they have been great with the help. I can update later on once I make it a go. Nareh and Mohsen have been very helpful.

I Migrated from Recharge to Subify as i was searching for a more friendly subscription app to capture subscriptions on landing page with some particular specifications on how the subscription is to be captured then i stumbled upon subify. It's been a back-and-forth efforts on both my side and theirs to get what i wanted and they made it possible. One great other thing noticed is that our subscription rates went up by 40% which is great to see, Subify definitely gained a happy customer. Their customer service are very response, however if you start to bother them a lot like i did, they all of a sudden tend to be "out of the office" irrespective of this,i am still satisfied i know how it feels to be bothered.

Super easy to use, and very helpful team! Mohsen helped me out with customizing my text so that it made sense for my store. Thank you for this, Subify!

Subify has been incredible to work with. I've used all of the other subscription apps and Subify by far has been the easiest and best to work with. Even though they are new I think that has allowed them to come in and already be more innovative than the competitors. The pricing is great as well!

Haven't had much experience with the app itself, or Shopify rather, as I had never set up a store or subscription before. Yasaman was an absolute hero and patiently walked me through each step of the process! Whatever you guys are paying her is nowhere near enough.

Set up was the easiest thing ive done in my life. The subscription plans, just populated on the pages and were terrific out of the box. I've tried Bold, and I've tried Loop. I'm sticking with this one as the subcription teirs work better for how new my shop is. I need to trim cost where I can so i can just get off the ground. I got an email with a beyond generous discount code % off for 6 months. the amount off I got really shows me that they care about my bottom line and want to get me off the ground with the least amount of financial burdens possible. Really appreciate this.

Finally a company with customer service who cares about getting the job done! I have tried for months to get recharge to work on my shopify store and with in minutes the customer service of Subify had my monthly box up and integrated with my website! They help you get the job done in minutes! This company is awesome!

Subify had all the features we needed to implement subscription products onto our site, but also customer support went out of their way to help us migrate from our previous subscription platform. I couldn't recommend Subify enough!

Melika went OVER & BEYOND for me today, especially considering that I am on the free plan! She helped with customizing my widget to match my business and theme colors! Sooo satisfied with my customized widget and Melika answered all of my questions and even offered my a GREAT discount for the upgraded plan. I really appreciate their customer service! A++!! SO glad I downloaded this app! Easy on my end and will be easy for my customers in making changes on their end. Just wish the free version also had customer access to change delivery dates - but I'm sure in due time Subify will have that available as well. Thank you much!
