Als er staat gratis voor Shopify van begrijp ik niet dat je in ene wel een abo moet afsluiten van 199 EUR tijdens het installeren van deze app. Zet dan bij het installeren van deze app niet gratis

Very easy to use and the team was very helpful!

I paid the first plan and guess what ? Nothing works. Settings section doesnt work, live chat support buton is fake. Indeed, you dont have any support at all to be honest. You can't even select a product if you want to create a subscription plan. And i did take a paid plan.. imagine with the free plan.. It's a scam, i mean i guess you must pay the biggest plan (the most expensive one) if you just want basic services. Other plans are fakes. Edit : few days later, iam changing the review and adding 3 stars instead of 1. The support was late, but they finaly did answer me.

Subify's customer service team is genuinely second to none. No matter what time I ask for support or how ridiculous a question it is, they are always happy to help and reply within the hour. I had quite a few issues migrating from a different subscription app, however Subify's team was excellent in guiding me through it all and went above and beyond to make sure everything was done as soon as they could manage. If you're considering Subify for your subscriptions, I strongly urge you to give them a try - I promise you will not be disappointed. Thank you all at Subify for your incredible service, I couldn't have done it without you guys.

Yes the app is great but the best part is the customer service. Fast replies and even faster results. I'd highly reccommend for the beginners and advanced shopify masters. :)
