The app does exactly what I need it to do and has some additional features that I really appreciate. In particular, I like that I can enter which of my stores carries which products so that customers can sort by product to see which store to contact. Customer service is also fantastic. Philly helped me solve an issue with Google geocaching quickly.

We've installed this app to get our store locator data out of our ERP system and map them in an online store locator. It's works perfectly. I'm especially very satisfied with the customer service team. They are always quickly with responses and happy to assist.

I love this app so far. Customer service has been very, very helpful helping me iron out some wrinkles on app functions.

We use Store Locator in a special manner because a lot of elements are highly customized in our site. (We use Store Locator to show geo-refereciated artworks). For that reason technical support is extremely important. I must to say that Storemappper team has been always very helpful to achieve the funcionality we want from their app. We had a problem yesterday with Google Maps API with our page down but they gave us a solution in minutes.

Does exactly what I needed it to do :) Displays all my locations on the map in an aesthetically pleasing way. Customer support is also amazing! Philly was able to help me out so much with getting everything to look exactly how I wanted it:)

really bad, its so confusing to see and frustrating. i spent hours and it shows nothing, it doesn't even have live chat. im waisting my time. it doesn't show anything though i have followed the tutorial, i spent time just to know what was wrong and still... no solution. i just want it to be visible

We used this app to help our customers locate our products in grocery stores in 12 states. It was easy to use, however we did get tripped up on the Google API Key. That didn't matter because the customer service at Storemapper was eager to help. They fixed our issue (it was on our end) and had us up and running in a few hours. Great customer service is always greatly appreciated. We added our logo to the map locator to give our map a custom feel. Love this app and the customer sales rep, Philly!

The features and support for this app are top notch. We have been using this app for a couple of years and the features have been enhanced for a more customized user experience and brand centric feel. Definitely recommend them.

We've had this app installed for about 10 days and it's working great. Installation and set-up were straight-forward and the consumer experience has dramatically improved on our site. Best Customer Service Ever! - A colleague enabled Store Locator on our store about a year ago. When we identified that it was not working and unsure of what that colleague had done (they are no longer with company), we reached out to Storemapper (Philly - an awesome and responsive representative of Storemapper). Through a couple of emails and a quick web call, we were able to get it operational! Next Year we are going to root for The Three Lions!

The app is working perfectly so far. Over at customer support, Philly has been beyond my expectation. 10/10. I'm an happy user.

This app does several things exceptionally well. Setup is super easy and does not require you to know how to code. The map that is generated is large, detailed, and very accurate. There are tons of settings you can change and fine-tune to get the exact look you want, and everything is spelled out for you in plain terms. Adding addresses and filters is a breeze, and we love that we can sync it with our Google Sheet. And their technical team is very responsive! All of that would already make a great app. But what makes this app above and beyond the others: the developer-friendly features. You can fine-tune the CSS, query stores with their CRUD API, run code after events using their Javascript callbacks, set certain initial load values with HTML attributes, and more. Being able to fine-tune our map like this has opened up a range of possibilities that has saved our team a LOT of time, and allowed us to produce an amazing store and product locator. This is absolutely a top-tier map tool that deserves much more attention. Highly recommended!

Their support was super responsive and helpful when I had some questions while setting the app up on our site. The backend is super user friendly and set up took no time at all. Exactly what we were looking for!

I've used Storemapper across 4 shops now and the experience has been overwhelmingly positive each time. The app is a bit tricky to set up with the map APIs, etc., but the Storemapper team is surprisingly responsive and helpful. Philly got me up and running in the matter of hours. I've done a good amount of map app research and, so far, this seems to be the best by a wide margin. Highly recommend.
