We use the app to allow customers to choose from a variety of pick-up locations including our store, at pop-ups, and special events. Works well and any adjustment needed has been addressed by customer service.

We have used this app for multiple stores now and it is brilliant. The customer service is also second to none whenever you need some help to set up. would reccommend!

A really great store pick up app that has cool options the Shopify basic doesn't have (set times and days customers can book their pick up slot etc). Set up was fairly simple and anything I needed help with Constantin quickly fixed up for me, including some custom coding on our order slips. 10/10 would recommend and very happy.

I use this app to help customize checkout options for my brick-and-mortar business. So far, it has the capabilities I need. On top of that, their customer support is superb. I've needed help on a couple occasions to customize specific products and checkout options. Really Great App. Prior to using this we would constantly have customers place orders after a clearly communicated cut off time and receive complaints when they couldnt be filled. I had a request which was fulfilled within an hour or 2 of asking. More than i expected or could have asked for.

We've been using this app for over a year now on our site and it has been wonderful. Our customers have no trouble at all using it and it's nice to set some of the settings for how long a customer has to pick up their order. You can also set black out dates too which is nice if you have odd hours or take vacations. Best part is, is the quick response from the developer. We had our first issue today where it stopped working and instead kept telling customer to ship items instead of pick up. Within an hour of emailing the developer, they were able to find the problem and fix it. An employee had accidentally archived the In-Store Product (this is created automatically when you install the app). Very impressed with the quick communication and solution solving.

I have used this app for a long time. It really works great! We needed to be able to let customers know they could pick up their order. We also need more information such as who was picking up, what day and time. Since all our coffee and teas are made to order we needed an ability to allow for time between ordering and picking up. We also need a cut off time and a way for customer to not schedule a pick up on holidays when we were closed. We are very happy. If we have a question or needed help, we received a prompt reply with the help we needed. Thanks for a great app!
