I'm currently on trial mode and having some issues in configuration since I'm not using the default shopify theme. Good thing that the support (Chandni) is very pro-active in helping me with my issues and the resolution is very fast.

I used this app because a customer picking a delivery date was very important since my product is largely for gifting. I had an issue with making the delivery date required before checkout and the support chat was able to solve the problem quickly. The support staff is always quick to respond which I really appreciate.

Superb app, used it to arrange all delivery, and most importanntly, would be the support staff that really go out of the way to support on our requirements.

The "Order Delivery Date" app is both logical and easy-to-use. Just as the other reviews have indicated, the support staff is prompt, courteous, and communicative. The app is a great time-saver for us - - though we are really looking forward to an enhancement which will enable us to limit delivery/pick-up slots.

This app is great with many functionalities, only area for improvement is that the ability to limit number of deliveries per slot doesn't come standard & must be added on... Hopefully coming soon :) Support is always there in minutes and ready to help with anything!!

Finally an app that allows me to choose a specific the delivery date and time, with a cut off time, it displays on the thank you page and the email confirmation order to the customer! It's easy to install and their customer service is available instantly and are awesome and well knowledgable when I needed to change something!! I've spent days looking for an app that actually works, and finally I found it! :) Thanks so much!!

I used this app to help manage my customer's orders and delivery date. Not only were they able to set the general date but they were able to set a date per SKU to account for our different products. This is such a fantastic application and a great supporting team. We have a very perishable product and providing our customers with the option of a preferred SHIPMENT date was needed. The app was very easy to configure for our purposes. I had a few UI look and feel changes that the support team gladly helped me with. They were completely professional and extremely responsive the entire way through. Highly recommend.

A must-have application for every online store, clients have to be able to express prefers about delivery date. IdentixWeb are a great team, reliable and with a quick support response: they were able to help me set up at best their application in a couple of hour!

I needed to install a calendar so my clients could decide when they wanted their cakes delivered and it works perfectly! It is super easy to set up and I wanted a further change in the way it looked before the check out and the technical assistance was super helpful and kind!

The concept of the app is very good but one of the main features (delivery cut-off) doesn't work and support is technically weak. The delivery cut-off feature doesn't handle non-working days and the logic around that creates some bizarre outcomes (for example, as you progress through the weekend EARLIER delivery dates become available!!!). Support are responsive but don't try to resolve the issue properly, instead they just attempt trial and error patches. These either don't work for more than a day or sometimes even make things worse. I have exchanged almost 40 e-mails with support but have finally given up with them. It's a real shame as the app could be great and the issue would only require some very basic tweaks to the logic to correct.

This app works perfectly for me as we are using our own fleet for delivery. Its easy and fast to configure.

Firstly, the delivery time and date settings are excellent and really easy to set up. As a first time shopify user and website builder I was a bit worried and intimidated but with this app it made setting up my delivery business online a breeze. Secondly, the customer service is second to none. I needed some help to send my logistics team information about the order, and the app guru was online and ready to go above and beyond. Really happy with the app and would highly recommend. I downloaded 4 or 5 apps before finding this one. This is head and shoulders above the other delivery time and date setting style apps.
