The app works well, just pay attention if you change or add something on the website, that the app is still working. Customer service is great.

1. Good and reactive support. 2. The app is working as it said. 3. Very nice support 4. However, the app use custom field to record delivery time and delivery date. These fields are not standard fields. So other app cannot use the information to provide additional features (e.g. shipping cost calculation base on delivery date, or sending automatic rating emails after a delivery date, etc). So I might have to choose another app for my delivery schedule in order to integrate the data with other apps

Manoj was wonderful at troubleshooting and resolving some cart /app functionality issues we had after my company (UniqueCorals) changed themes. Not only was Manoj very responsive, but I also got a very informative reply with instructions for my developer to fix the issues in only a few hours. In addition, Manoj was able to change the placement of the Order Delivery Date app integration on the cart page to optimize the checkout process. This app has been a ton of help. Lots of cool things you can do to arrange pick up or delivery dates for customers and readily customizable. Support has been great too. Two features I'd love to see in the near future: 1. Currently, you can charge a shipping/delivery fee based on the day of the week (Monday, Tuesday, etc), how many days in advance the order is placed (same day, next day, etc), or the order value. We want to charge shipping/delivery fee based on the specific date (August 21 which is a Saturday but not August 28 which is also a Saturday so we can’t use the day of the week rule. 2. Also, we would like to be able to charge shipping/delivery fee based on how many people have ordered for that date (for example, if 50 people sign up for a date we increase the price based on a rule we can set up). Awesome work, thank you all.

I am getting this error: "SQLSTATE[HY000] [2002] No such file or directory" and has been trying to reach out to the CS team but no reply since last night. We are launching today and we needed this app and it just failed on us.

Used this app to show indicative dates and shipping prices to my customers. Does a great job including the time to expect the delivery if you want to configure that option. Great customer support and quick turn around.
