Its a great app which is easy to use and it integrates well with their other app Ultimate Subscriptions. So we are able to provide time slots for different zip codes even for subscription purchases. They have a great support team who answer any questions you have through zoom or live chat. Manoj was a great help to us for adding some feature for our business and fix issues we faced. They have one of the best customer service.

Very good features and customer service. I was able to find specific features that I did not see in other delivery scheduling apps - such as location-based scheduling.

I use this app in Hong Kong where there is no zip code. Not a problem as the zip code can be renamed and used as District Name. Problem solved and customers happy!

Great support and great app. The app works exactly like we intended to use. Allows customer make delivery decisions to eliminate future confusions.

Somehow, in the last couple of months the App works when it wants to, we always miss orders tags, it gave us a whole lot more to work instead of simplifying our workflow. And the devs general response is that on their side works, but what about on our side?

Have been using this app for a while. The app itself is pretty intuitive and easy to use. There are also options to customise different product delivery dates, etc. The customer service is also prompt in their response and has been very active in following up with the issues or problems I had.

Manoj has been a great help to me this morning. I asked about our shipping page and he was able to walk me through the process and make the adjustments. thank you!

アプリ自体は良いと思いますが、アプリの変更で一部のフォーマットが変わった際に知らせを受けることがなかったので、そのフォーマットで仕様を決めていた社内のシステム連携が機能しなくなりました。 また、先方で何かをしてしまったのか、一部の大事なコンフィグレーションが上書きされてオペレーションに大きな問題を起こしたことも残念です。 そのことについて問い合わせても、なぜそれが起きてしまったかという追及はできず、対応があまりよくなかったことがさらに残念でした。 CSは担当者によってムラがあると思います。Manojは明確に回答をくれることが多いと感じます。

カート画面にカレンダーを追加するために利用しています。商品ごとに違うカレンダーを表示できるので、納期のことなる商品を扱っていたり、複数国に配送したりするショップには適しているのではと思います。アップデート後にカレンダーが表示されなくなる不具合が1度だけあったので星を1つ引いています。

The app helps you to limit daily order number and let your customer select their preferred date. however, it updated some functions and did not link to the current app, not sure what issue caused that the order limit did not work also some new options that affected the current setting. Overall, it is a good app.
