This app is awesome and so is customer support. The few times I've had an issue, it was totally me and not the app. But even though it was me, their customer support took care of me and let me know exactly what I needed to do. Turns out, it's actually in the directions they provide. I watched the instruction videos once and was able to easily organize my images but then it was a while before I added more images and I forgot what I learned in the videos so I contacted their support. Again, support is responsive and kind but be sure to review their video instructions often because this app works beautifully so if you're having problems, it's most likely you, lol :)

I use the app to help me organize the different variants on my website. The app adds a wonderful professional feel and look to my storefront which make my website mush more user friendly, it organized the images of my products so customers shopping can have a view specifically the different images off one variant. There customer support team was very knowledgeable in configuring the app, reached out and offered help, very understanding and willing to work with my request which make thing much easier.

I really like the app. I played around with it a bit. Videos help too. I may not use it right now but in the future, I plan on it.

We have been using Variant Image Automator for two years now and it works great. The technical support is very helpful and they are always ready to work on our requests. The latest is that we are testing the new Dawn theme while still using Debut and all help requests have been answered within minutes. Very good team!

I used this app to help me show images of my product variants in a slideshow. This was helpful because I did not use the default themes through Shopify.

We use the Variant Image Automator app to display unique product photos on our website. The app allows us to designate a set of photos for each child product variant. This has been important for the type of product we sell in different color, lengths, and pack sizes.

The app works very well and does not affect the speed of the webshop. Super fast and helpful support.

We run a less common theme called Kalles, so we weren't sure this would work for us out of the box, but not only was this integration listed, it was literally a one click installation. We did have one issue where our embedded videos were no longer playing, but after sending a message to their team this was fixed the same day. Excellent customer support!

Used to love this app however with the upgrade to store 2.0 it doesn't work properly and support is super slow (no live chat as listed as they are never there)... Used to be amazing support and worked like a treat but...
