I like this app, works great and they write fast back to me if I have a question about the program.

I love this so far. I was using another app for a few years and this one presents so much better. However, I installed this due the option to integrate Etsy reviews as well, but that feature seems to be unavailable. I can't seem to find information as to if that is a plan specific feature or not.

So far so good! like all the functionality and Stamped were very helpful in setting up. Looking forward to learning more and using more features as we grow.... The auto facebook reviews post etc is a really nice feature.... and as a whole it blends and displays very nicely with our site.! Great stuff....

We've been using Stamped.io for a couple of years now — and wow, have nothing but positive things to say. First of all the app itself offers so much more than what we've found in all of the other reviews app in the Shopify store. One feature I like best is the ability to add "custom forms", so our customers have the ability to leave more in-depth reviews. Stamped is also the gold standard for customer service. Seriously, the response rates are so quick and helpful. We will not be switching to anything else!

Stamped.io is one of the best review platforms I have ever used on Shopify. The interface is very simple to understand and customize, which is amazing. If you can’t figure something out, the Stamped team is SUPER friendly and is amazing at answering our inquiries. This is a very user-friendly platform on the consumer side as well. The e-mails are very straight forward and easy to follow up on. Try them out, I don’t think you will be disappointed! Edit: Also, the Founder is the best guy and is the biggest help ever!

Tommy Ong and his team are awesome! I literally installed this app 30 minutes ago and was having some user-error with the reviews section. I sent them an email explaining my issue and desire fix, and within 15 minutes they got back to me. It would have less than 5 minutes, but they proactively fixed my website before they responded back to let me know it was done. Now that is true customer service! Thank you! beardz.tech
