Speedy and accurate! When I had an issue with updating the review section of my website I contacted them through the help link and they fixed if quickly and accurately.

The app has been working great and when I needed some guidance, their team was responsible and extremely patient and helpful. I am quite sure that I am not using this app to its fullest capabilities, but Rome wasn't built in a day and I am learning! What's nice is knowing that the Stamped.io team is there for me if I have any questions. WOOT!

It is early days yet but it is good to have customers the option of leaving a review of my unique and detailed pastel artwork. Also the customer service has been second to none - many thanks everyone for your support!

Awesome support, We had to add to import reviews and the team helped us over 20 emails until everything was perfect! I really suggest you take them as a cheaper alternative to many review services.

Works great! It took some time to install it properly but besides that, it is a very helpful app. It has more options than the other app I was using.

Stamped is such an amazing app. It offers a lot of great features for a very reasonable price. I've been using it for about three years now (was with another provider four years before that) and I'm so happy I made the switch. It's very easy to customize and gives me everything I need. Customer service is also very responsive. Love it!

I now have Stamped on 2 separate Shopify stores. I have used a lot of apps over the years, and have dealt with customer service for many of the apps as well. Stamped not only has a great platform, their customer service is second to none. I would 100% recommend Stamped over the other review platform offerings.

It works pretty well, a bit clunky in the back end loading up things but it does provide good value. Shame that the NPS feature requires the $199/month account.

What I like about this app is that the customer service reps are quick to fix whenever I am faced with new challenges with regards to how the reviews are going to show up on our shop's site. It was worth it to have upgraded to Business Plan. I think it's has been over a year that I use this app.

Great App that helps get reviews - the basic free plan seems easy enough to set-up and work with and lets you see if you want to go the "whole hog" with a paid for option. And the basic free plan is perfect for low traffic stores – well done for including that (thank you).
