App works really well and their staff is super helpful! Judy helped with a one-off project and was friendly, timely, supportive and always made sure I was doing things correctly. Plus, she actually followed up and made sure I had all the answers I needed. Thank you so much Judy and team!!!

Very useful app, (we move from yotpo), we were able to manage the reviews in 3 different stores combining them. Integration with Google Shopping Product Reviews and Klaviyo platform. highly recommended.

The customer support won me over with this app. First of all it works like a charm, has all the options and features that we needed so the app is great. But what puts it over the top for me is the support. Thank you for always helping and so quickly too!

Very good, does all we need it to do! And the staff are very very helpful, almost quick to reply and they work with you to understand what your business needs.

just start using it, pretty good so far, now sure if there's anything will happen, however, love it for now

I migrated from Yotpo due to the price but realised that the features are also very good and the support is the best.

Works really well for our needs and can't say enough about the customer service, it is super fast and they went above and beyond to answer all my questions, fix things that weren't working and made sure everything was working exactly how we needed it to (they even followed me up when I got too busy to sort something out!). Very happy.

Lots of great features plus customer service is prompt and very helpful. Would definitely recommend Stamped.io.

Great app. Had a few little issues with customising it myself but the customer service guys at Stamped.io were AMAZING and were so helpful not just in providing info/instructions, but actually fixing things for me!!!! It's not often that you get customer service like this anymore. Definitely give it a go if you are looking for a review app.

I would highly recommend this app to anyone wanting to have reviews on their store. Fantastic app and even better customer service and help with the integration of the reviews.

This is absolutely the best reviews app on the Shopify app marketplace. The app is easy to use and navigate but what I really want to mention here is the customer service. Wow! We had an issue with our site and within minutes a staff member was on our case. The agent that helped us knocked it out of the park and fixed the issues on our site immediately.

ive been trying to get in touch with them with a billing issue and have had no luck. So now im losing money because i cant get my store back online until my billing issue is cleared up.

Had a problem with checkout reviews not displaying on the website. Customer service resolved this is within 2 hours. Great service.

Cant really get it to work, but maybe its just me, I think i will keep looking for an review app. sorry but again its probaly just me

A brilliant app! Ver easy to use and having real customer reviews on my website help with conversion. I'd also like to add customer support and very helpful, which is greatly appreciated by a tech novice such as me :-)

First of all, this is the best review app on the market for the price PERIOD. The reviews are searchable, they allow for tags, and the whole look/feel is highly customizable. However, what I like even more than the app itself is the support team behind it. They are incredible. If you have ANY issues with this app, the support team will fix them IMMEDIATELY. I have never received better support from an app company in my life

Stamp.io offers excellent customer service. The review tool is top notch for any ecommerce business. I highly recommend.
