Reviews for Stamped Product Reviews & UGC

I've been using Stamped.io for about 2 years now in another store and it works beautifully. Everything looks great and support is fast and fantastic. I recently opened up a 2nd store and decided to install Stamped.io again, this time going with a paid plan to enable customers to upload photos for their reviews. I needed assistance in getting the side drawer widget set up & fixing some issues related to another app that disabled a feature, support was quick to respond. They've got a bunch of people working hard since I counted and 4 different techs followed up to my reply during the 7 or 8 correspondence I had with them in total. So you know they're a team of people working for you here. Definitely, a must-have app. Their free plans already offer so much for a small business. But if your sales increase, going up a level to $15/month is not bad for the value.

Possibly the best review app out there. Can get pricey quickly but the social proof you can generate with it will thrust your brand forward. Visual wise it looks very professional and it's a clear UI and well put together.

I have only been using the app for about a week, but I would recommend it to other businesses. Responsive and helpful customer service. Simple user friendly platform. The pricing is affordable, so far as well.

Easily the best app for ratings and reviews on Shopify. I've used a considerable number of these services and they are hands down the best. Their customer service is always incredibly helpful and responsive.

I am SUPER HAPPY with this app! It was very easy to install and get set up. Since installing it my number of reviews from customers has gone WAY up. I love it! I have reached out to customer support twice since I had the app. They always respond quickly and actually make the change or fix for me rather than just copying the "Help" notes. Highly recommend! I am not very tech savvy at all and this app has given me the ability to automatically request reviews from customers in a format that is easy for them to respond to; publish the review to my website; promote them on social media and have user photos as well. The proof is in the increase in the number of reviews (more in just a few months than in over several years on other apps) and the customer service and support is excellent. Worth it for this app!~

True Story:Today I was like 6 hours from my free trial expiring and I was low key trying to find an excuse to cancel this app. Not because it wasn't great, because it really is, but only because i have another app which already includes a review feature. BUT, i sent a message to support to sort out a couple of syncing issues i had since i changed some products photos, and i wasn't expecting a reply so soon, but they replied within 1-2 minutes and had already remotely fixed my issues. I'm staying coz of the support, it's crucial in this business!!

A little difficult to set up the more advanced features, but the support team was extremely responsive and completed my implementation very quickly.
