It's very easy to use and useful! I would love to recommend to people who just started new e-commerce business!

App does exactly what I needed it for. Gives me a simply way to reach out to customers for reviews on products they have bought. It is easy for them to use as well. Also offers a spot on each product page for customers to add their review there as well. All in all, very happy. Oh and their tech support is very helpful if you need any help. I reached out to them and they fixed my problem fast.

If you are reading this review section right now, it is because you need to decide if you should add this app or not in your shop. So here it goes. This company has excellent customer service/support. They helped me through the whole installation and they didn't stop until I was completely satisfied with the look and feel of the app on my website (still password protected and coming soon in mid-July, btw). They also were able to customize a few things to me, so the app could integrate with my brand seamlessly. Literally, these people are amazing and willing to help, and they want us to be happy and 100% pleased. They answer quickly, they are professional, and above all, they really know what they are doing. I couldn't be happier! I've been very impressed with this app since using it the last few months, it's very intuitive and has had a positive impact on the user experience of our site. On top of this, the customer service is exceptional. Nothing is too much of a problem to ask and someone will always get back to you within a few hours, which is really appreciated.

No issue once its working on the web site, it just not very easy to understand how it all works or how to use it. It all a bit clunky and slow then can freeze, support is good. Thanks for the reply to the review, but i think your missing what I'm meaning. In regards to you support set up it much improved since i last tried to use it, but it still needs a lot of work. Also you need to be able to save you own template on the Smart banners.

Great customer service, helped me install some custom code to help with SEO for our rankings. Also, the user interface of the app + the value that the app brings as far as collecting valuable reviews is amazing.

Best review app out there. The team helps install code to your site very quickly! Very easy to set up and use.

I used it to modify my shopify store settings. I think it will work fine I haven't started to see the results.

Love the simplicity of the app to display reviews along with verified buyer badge. Highly Recommend.

The app is well-built, user-friendly and very well thought out, elegant and simple to use. However, the service and support is *absolutely outstanding* from these guys.

Just getting started looks good so far, pricing and different options allow for good and affordable customization.

I really like this app. It's easy to use, my only comment is that I can't use it from my mobile phone very easily, but works great on my laptop. The support is VERY helpful too.

Stamped.io is user friendly, gets tons of reviews for us, and is a great value. We switched from Yotpo, which was good, but super pricey and not as user friendly.

The support received for this app is beyond amazing. We have it running on both our AU + US stores with no issues and works a treat. Love it. thank you!

The app was a little tricky to use at first, but I eventually got the hang of it. I wish the capability to send coupons to customers after they submit reviews was included with the free version, but still a great app.

This an excellent plugin and very easy to install and use. Works well and sends review request emails to customers promptly.
