Reviews for Stamped Product Reviews & UGC

This app is impressive. I had actually installed Yotpo before Stamped.io and they required me to manually enter product IDs and URLs to import reviews from Etsy. With 600 products, I wasn't going to do that. I reached out to Stamped.io and they ensured me the import process was simple and it was! All of the reviews from Etsy synced to the products in my shopify without a problem. I did have some trouble with setting up the DNS records so emails could send from my domain email, but again Stamped.io was so helpful in guiding me on how to enter the CNAME records. Highly recommend.

Great customer support! They answer questions promptly and fix any issues you have. We thrive on having customers being able to review our items and they ensure we are able to do that!

Great integration into my Shopify template. Although I originally rated at 4 stars because of latency during page loads, customer service proactively contacted me to fix this, so I've updated to 5 stars. Customer service appears to be better than most companies I've worked with. I highly recommend the app!

I love this app, the automated emails take away the time consuming task of following up with each customer. This app makes it easy for customers to leave reviews, the import and export functionality are great. You're also able to import all previous orders and transfer reviews from prior third party platforms. The customer support is amazing, staff are very helpful and respond quickly.

Overall a great app! I love that I can customize it to match my brand look and colors. I emailed the customer service to assist me with a couple of things and they were so helpful and responded very quickly! Definitely recommend.

Too expensive, pricing is almost insulting. You offer a wide array of services but some of us just want a nice rating integration, no need to charge us thousands of dollars for all the other features that we will not use

I really like stamped.io. I always use it whern i open a new store. A lot of combinaison and personalisy, all i want and like.

Setup was a bit of work and with some initial bugs but the service is amazing and can help with problems very promptly. Exactly what you need when you need it!

I just set up this app and it was the easiest thing to do. It`s surprisingly intuitive and preset. You can`t get wrong, love it for now.
