Very useful application. It would be great if the system can send review request to customer only after the parcel has received by customer.

I tried 3 other similar products. Stamped.io had the cleanest dashboard and fastest customer support. The tool is very intuitive and much more powerful than the others in terms of granular controls and site hosting.

My 2nd review for this app since I am using it 2 stores....If you are looking for a full feature review collection product with more features than the higher cost industry leader, you will find that with Stamped. The support is by far the best of all my platforms...and we use 7 different ones. I wish the Stamped team supported some of my other platforms in terms of answering speed. Their email reply is almost as fast as any chat. You will not be sorry for choosing them.

After experiencing some horrible service from another major reviews company with shady tactics, I switched to Stamped.io a number of years ago. Stamped just rock! Their support (which is a priority over functionality in my mind), is simply better than any other app development team I've ever encountered. Review apps are not cheap, and many of them are over-burdened with too MUCH functionality, and forget that the core part should work perfectly. Thankfully Stamped strike that balance perfectly. This app is great, has a lot of good features, it´s super easy to use, you can customize the email template as you wish and it works really well!
